MicroGREEN has a patented, eco-friendly microcellular process that significantly increases the yield in common thermoplastic polymers which permits the manufacturer to produce thermoformed products with less material. It’s a very robust and eco-friendly process. No harmful gases are used in the process.  

How does it work?
Starting with a variety of common thermoplastics, the process creates microscopic bubbles in the material. This increases the volume of the material, making it wider, longer and thicker. The bubbles act like a honeycomb to the make the material lighter while maintaining the strength.
